I never heard that a VP was required to impeach and remove a president from office. Did Gore go along with Clintons impeachment? I dont think so.. I think you are incorrect on this. Care to back it up with a link to substantiate the claim?
A 25th Amendment removal is not impeachment. It's basically a coup, in this context, with Biden conspiring with other government officials (Obama's cabinet) to have Obama declared unable to discharge his duties. It's meant for cases where, say, the president goes into a coma and you need to get the VP promoted to president.
This is a preposterous suggestion.

I'd like to see Obama removed from office, but, I suspect many Republicans also think he's the best thing going for their campaigning, helping them win lots of votes...so we'll see. We could have a Watergate type scandal to get the ball rolling...
gosh, bugskydude really likes to drink up that Iranian kool-aid. Whenever I need to learn what propaganda Ahmadinejad is allowing to get through his heavily government-censored press, I'll be sure to ask him.
It's a sad day in this country when Presidents are elected more for how they might look or talk, rather than how qualified they might be to do the job. Maybe one day, Americans will be able to pull themselves away from American Idol, Survivor and Dancing with the Stars just long enough to actually research these potential candidates, in order so that we won't ever have to go through this sort of crap again ..
The New Congress elected in November will surprise everyone... They will seriously consider impeaching Obama.
