Anybody attending? Will there be a lot? I certainly don't know how many will attend and won't speculate. On the Daily Show, there was some sanity. Obama very accurately stated the political reality facing Dems and campaigning on some hard votes they had to take. HC was a hard vote, particularly in Conservative districts where there is very little concern for the average American. The anti HC rhetoric has been incessant and, frankly, easier to express. All they have to say is 2 words, "Gubment Takeover", time after time and on and on. It's hard to counter that with sanity and the reality of the Law, like a Privatized system with cost oversight and restraint, going from 50 mil uninsured to about 15mil, cutting deficit by $1 tril,...... all the multitude of benefits. It takes saying a lot, and people understanding a lot. People have a hard time understanding a lot of words, 2 words are so much easier to understand even though they are completely wrong. Add to that the constant Repub lying about the Law, it's difficult. So sanity is a hard thing to maintain and in definite need of restoring.
