Scott Brown is on the list--I thought he was their hero? As I said--I'm getting out my popcorn because this is going to get interesting. Will big business keep funding tea party campaigns if they try to take out the big business republican leadership? Will the tea party break from the R's and create a third party? How are they going to come up with any type of cohesive economic policy and govern if they're out to stab each other in the back? Stay tuned...

This will be interesting. The Tea Party was used, they'll be dropped like a bad habbit when they start pushing too far. The Republicans got what they wanted.

Anyone without a (D) next to their name is going to have a really hard time getting elected around here. How many Congressional seats went to Republicans accross the country as Mass. voters re-elected Bawney Fwank?

They're not creating a hit list of Dems--its a plan to take out other REPUBLICANS. Like I said, I wonder how Karl Rove and the corporate money machine that funded this last little republican revolution is going to look at that? I see the implosion of a party on the near horizon...

The Tea Party is going to cause the complete and utter destruction of the Republican Party; their candidates will become unelectable; the bad ship GOP will start taking on water...

I know but the Tea Party is in for a rude awakening. They have been used. Republicans used whatever means necessary to get in and will do the same to stay there, even if it means turning their backs on the Tea Party and discrediting them. Fox News will start to sound more like MSNBC before they allow the Tea Party to oust the big business supporting Republicans.

You obviously miss the point.....Mr. Brown will have a tough re-election bid regardless of any hit list

Right. I am from MA as well (Brookline). If they think they are going to put a Tea Party candidate against Scott Brown and a Democrat and win there, they're crazier than I thought. It didn't work in Delaware and surely won't work in Massachusetts.

yeah, because we saw that last night. Good God, how delusional are some of you people? I'm starting to think that stupidity is contagious through the internet. Do you work for MSNBC?

I'm strongly of the opinion the Tea Party is intoxicated with the euphoria that they won some elections and they now have "A Seat At The Table" in terms of how this country is governed. The question is: Do these guys and gals really KNOW how to govern?

At this point having a "Hit List" of Republicans in Congress to target for removal at the 2012 elections is pound wise but penny foolish. They don't even know which of these people they can work with in terms of advancing their agenda. As energetic as the Tea Party is they still have to work with mainstream Republicans to get things done in Washington.
