Once upon a time, an endorsement from Sarah Palin was eagerly sought by Republican candidates. Today, not so much, and it may even work against them.

Same thing that happens to all quitters who try and tell other people what to do. It goes down the drain like their honor.

Its also the same place her brain went, down the media drain.

I never cared for her but did not speak against her. She made it too easy for the left, media, etc. to make fun of her.

But then you have nasty comments like the one above that are just plain ugly.

She mis-used her moment of fame. Talked to much, too loud and didn't know when to stop. I liked her at first but then she just became another broken record. And I don't think getting her daughter on a reality show helped either. It's a shame because I'd like to see more women in politics (excluding Hillary).

It is curious how the hard-core Republican base (real 'muricans) still support and defend her on these boards, but her endorsed candidates are losing nationwide. I am interested if this is an indicator of a nationwide trend among Republican supporters.

She rode the gravy train for as long as she could.
And she's not the only politician to do that either.

I really miss Sara speaking. Every time she did, it made me laugh/smile.
