Will it prevent some air trips that you would have otherwise chosen?

I'm flying with JetJockey.

Wonder how much she charges.

That, coupled with the terrorist trying to target air planes, has made me avoid flying commercial as much as possible. I have several friends with private planes and will 'beg' a ride with them if I need to fly.

No, I won't be flying unless it is a totally necessary emergency and I just cannot make it any other way. If I went through that line and they started putting their hands on me, I would probably end up in jail and sueing the bastards.

First, people want tighter boarding procedures to 'ensure' safety. Then, no one likes what they've done to 'ensure' safety. Complain, complain, complain. It's no wonder nothing REAL can get accomplished with wishy-washy citizens.

If anyone did research on the new 'walk-through' systems they'd know the level of radiation is almost undetectable. I've posted the link in a different thread. Look it up.

Groping? Really?

Or would you rather have to attempt to save a plane at 30,000 feet from complete annihilation.

I travel a lot for business and of course fly often.

I'm not crazy about going through security but I really don't see it as more than a minor annoyance. To me, it's no big deal.

What has made me change personal flying plans is simply the cattle car attitude of the airlines today. Not the security checks.

No; I fly a lot for work, and taking a train/bus from Oregon to Alaska just isn't feasable.

I have avoided flying for years because the previous airline system was kind of a turd. But it's totally INSANE now, I'd rather take a greyhound or sneak onto a boxcar now-a-day.

I'm not about to get groped and peeped over this whole enemy-behind-every-tree paranoia trip.
