when i was younger i dogsitted a cocker spaniel and pitbull from the same home. the cocker spaniel was nice of course and it just so happened the pit was too -- however, i always had the feeling of: man, if this pit suddeny flipped out on me, or on the cocker spaniel, or on the owners, it would be hellish.
bottom line for me: pit bulls? i can live without them!!if they all vanished from planet earth you won't see me crying

what a horrible thing...i'm not for banning any dog, but this is a tragedy beyond measure. i couldn't imagine the scene, i'm left wondering how this went down...was the baby and dog left unattended? my first thought would be to interview who was at the house at the time...
The moral to this story: lowlifes shouldn't have kids or dogs.
