Many Democrats are disappointed in Obama and have realized that he has not been a good president. Mediocre at best. As bad as Obama is, Sarah Palin would be 10x worse. She makes Dubya look like a Rhodes scholar.
Regardless, I would vote for him again. Not just because of the other candidates on the potential ballot...
This country seems to have a lack logical, sensical, competent individuals that are fit for office.
Why do they insist on policies that cause the price of gasoline to skyrocket such as no offshore, no continental drilling, no deals with countries that have oil?
I mean I know they want to make it unaffordable for the middle class to own cars, so that they can herd us like cattle in buses and trains. After all, private automobiles are a luxury only to be afforded to those in the government class (e.g. government bureaucrats, legislators who ride around in armored SUVs, union members, etc.). Private automobiles aren't for the bourgeoisie middle class, only for the people whose salaries WE pay.
But anyway to get back to the topic, do they not realize that by inflating the price of gasoline, they cause the prices of essentially all goods and services to skyrocket, thereby harming the middle and working classes?
I think the premise of your question is wrong. If it has to do with economics or markets, Democrats do not have the first clue about how it works. You can see this in their supposition that money grows on trees, or appears because of luck, or any business can bear any burden or pay any wage and survive. They consider the economy as some sort of voodoo magic, which is why they fear and loath business people.
