Options traders are betting that crude oil is heading to $200 a barrel

$200 a barrel oil would push gas to $6 or $7 a gallon or more at the pump.

Oil heading up? For sure. $200/bl...don't think so. The next level is $120's. From there we'll see.

I am in MMR. Already bought and sold them once since last November and made a nice profit. Then when the market pulled back a couple of weeks ago, went in and bought them again.

I spent about 12 hours studying the option trades chunk by chunk.... It hardly indicates such speculation. The options trades show an immediate correction followed by confusion.

Don't forget the usual summer hike. I'd say we'll have pricey petro well into September. At that point it will die down.
