I just have to ask, once this gets out, do the unions and their supporters think the public will flock to their selfish cause?
They'll probably keep quiet, mind their own business and when the times comes, flock to the polls to vote pro-business.

Obviously, abandoning responsibility doesn't take courage.

It is well past time for Wisconsin businesses to start boycotting these union jerks. They should ask everyone entering their establishment if they belong to a union. If they refuse to answer, or answer "yes", then kick them the hell out. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone, and they should start exercising that right.

I am already making a list of non-union Wisconsin businesses where I can make purchases, and I am certain that others around the nation will help support non-union Wisconsin businesses.

I just have to ask, once this gets out, do the unions and their supporters think the public will flock to their selfish cause?
I don't like it. But is it any different than what other private groups, like GLSEN and the Gay Rights Groups have done with boycotting and bullying the media and private companies into supporting their agenda?

Apparently, the Gay Rights Advocate, Lady GaGa pulled out of a business deal with Target because of their refusal to totally endorse gay rights. (Based on my personal opinion of Mr. Lady Gag Gag, I think Target came out ahead on this one but in reality they are probably losing megabucks.)

Lady Gaga Ends Target Partnership, Reportedly Over LGBT Stance "Part of my deal with Target is that they have to start affiliating themselves with LGBT charity groups and begin to reform and make amends for the mistakes they've made in the past...our relationship is hinged upon their reform in the company to support the gay community and to redeem the mistakes they've made supporting those groups."

StopDrLaura.com
Stop Dr. Laura - a coalition against hate

The Gay Advocates, Stop Dr. Laura campaign apparently got almost 200 companies to withdraw their advertisements and put an end to her TV show. And some group tried to do the same thing to the Glenn Beck Show. This type of boycott/bullying seems to be the means of getting things done these days.

But, I do think it points out another reason why public sector unions are not right.

We can cast our vote in favor of, or against, the businesses that supported Walker. That is the capitalistic way!

You go ahead and cast your vote against them, I'll do business with them. That's the capitalistic way!

They can do whatever they want. Doesn't mean their reasons for it aren't stupid.

Running away like immature teenagers is courageous? I think we have a different understanding of the word "courageous".

Doesn't matter. As long as they're supportive of what Walker is doing, I'll do business.

Well, that's all fine, but sending the threatening letters is kinda like extortion - see it our way, support us, or we will hurt you.

I guess they really don't care about jobs then.

Perhaps the unions were doing them a favor so that these businesses do not over load their inventory in preparation for their upcoming loss of patrons.
