Not looking good for the GOP. You don 't have the latino vote, along with the many others who are against what you stand for. Who the hell are you Pubs trying to fool? You stink and the '12 election will prove that. Your negative, inaccurate spin and narrative is not working.

Oh goody,

A_Lexus puts out another post, citing the Huffington Post, that Hispanics would vote for Democrats over Republicans.

What do center/right Americans stand for that specifically is horrific for Hispanic voters?

and look at where you are getting your information> Have you thought about trying to broaden your scope by reading something more than the liberal, biased and narrow minded HP? Can you explain how people like the newly elected Hispanic, Republican governor of a very liberal state like NM got elected or how Rubio won in Florida?

I don't think that New Mexico is THAT liberal, certainly not VERY LIBERAL. Maybe Dem in the big cities Sta Fe & Albuquerque and the northern part. The southern and eastern parts are basically an extension of rural Texas however. Gore only won NM by 5,000 votes in 2000. Bush won there in 04. Obama in 08. I happen to like Susana Martinez for her stance against the awarding of drivers' lic to illegal aliens. I doubt that it would be a deal breaker though. I suspect that she was a better campaigner than her opponent.

Florida is not Liberal either. It is a perennial "swing state". Rubio benefitted from the anti-Obama malaise, the lack of an incumbent and he was a good photogenic campaigner with a good story.
Hispanics do vote more Dem than Repub. It is said that the Repub candidate has to get betw 40-45 % of the Hispanic vote to win.

This was a poll taken in California, do you have anything based on the real world?

Like Florida where Marco Rubio (R) was elected to the Senate? Or in New Mexico where Susana Martinez(R) was elected Governor?

GOP still wins the generic ballot even though your poll suggests otherwise

Rasmussent reports is a terrible poll. They are one rank above internal polls. In 2010 they had a poll that was 40% off the election result...No legitimate polling firm has been that far off.

I find that when I speak to the many Mexicans I work with they are surprised to see what is really in the laws favored by Democrats that goes against the grain of their convictions.

Many that have voted Democrat have done so based on sound bites & talking points not the whole story and are pissed when they find out otherwise.

Latinos are less liberal than many think.

Abortion for one I find in conversations with them.
