The capture is only a political victory for Obama. I'm not saying that the death of Bin Laden is not a milestone, but radical Islam is not defeated. It will take generations to tackle the problem. People, don't get fooled by an allusion of victory. This news is not an accomplishment worth celebrating over.Don't get me wrong. I'm happy he's dead, but I don't see why people think that Al Queda is defeated just because of his death.

But hey, no more coverage of the royal wedding.

Talk about a party pooper. If this was under bush, you'd be saying the same thing?

Nothing Political about this, afterall, nor he (Obama) or his party made any promises that they will successful take bin laden down.

Say what you like. This is History and an AMERICAN VICTORY..

I'm a liberal Democrat. I'm probably more liberal than you.

Yes, I would have said the same thing if he was captured during Bush's term.

It's progress...one dead terrorist at a time.

Nobody said that "the war was won." It's just an important step in the long fight. Now let people be happy for a day and stop being such a Debbie Downer.

I think if you knew people killed on 9/11 or were directly involved in it you would understand that there is closure in this. Bush had over 80% of the nation's support when he started this mission and Obama, who campaigned on increasing troops in Afghanistan and made the unpopular decision to track them into Pakistan, finished it. So why is anyone politicizing it on either side? No one's claiming that Al Qaeda has been defeated, but the person who orchestrated the deaths of our friends has been.

It's closure. Please let us be.
