Probably most liberals will never see Atlas Shrugged. Just as most conservatives, though they will criticize Michael Moore, have never seen any of his films.

When a person comes to grip with the idea that because he did it all for you it's more relevant. I can understand how a lot of you guys thought it was a bad movie. You're just not attached to it.

Theaters: Atlas Shrugged Movie - Theaters & Tickets

Hopefully some here will review the move after watching it.

Any film that does not blow its budget on "A-list" primadonnas or superficial special effects should not cost much to make.

Don't watch any movie by Michael Moore.

I am quite fond of the "Harry Potter" series. But I also watched all the STAR TREK movies (the last couple was not TREK but drek) and have a copy of "Serendipity". Most of the time I see movie adverts and think, "Thanks for the warning". I only go to a movie theater about twice per year.

Hollywood isn't "leftist", it's distilled capitalism, ruthless fight for market share and competition of the sort that would make Ayn Rand clear her throat and ask if that sort of methods are really necessary.

The true believers will of course watch Atlas Shrugged, and with its limited opening, it'll post good per-screen numbers for some weeks, that much is a given. It'll be interesting to see if it has staying power.
Who do you think you're fooling? Of course Hollywood is run by leftists - this isn't even a question open for debate.

Didn't really like "The Passion," I'm not really into fairy tales.

Yeah - Leftist (how many states subsudize the industry to attract their production companies) business run by really cut throat capitalist businessmen. Many of the actors may be leftist but the investors are definitely not.
