Hate to burst your bubble but the Dems are in charge..Senate and President. And the House just got their Repubs a mere 6 months ago..for 2 years previous it was Dems as well.

Take it up with Eric Holder and the NYS Attorney.

The "law" was passed in 2006, snuck into an important homeland security appropriations bill at the last minute by two sanctimonious Republicans.
