General Motors handing out bonuses while still on shaky financial ground was a sure sign they were ready to have a major setback. That was the signal to sell stock and get out, the top execs are still playing games and covering up bad performance.

They are trying to dump it so Obama can use it as propaganda for election time. Screw the loss, re-election is all that counts.
