A McDonald's manager in the Atlanta area is accused of punching a mother after she brought her autistic children and a service dog inside the restaurant, authorities said.
Tiffany Denise Allen is charged with simple battery, simple assault and disorderly conduct, according to a Cobb County warrant.
Jennifer Schwenker entered the McDonald's in Marietta with her twins and service dog on July 12. Allen, who was off-duty at the time, became angry that the dog was inside, the warrant states. Police say Allen followed the mother around the restaurant, then punched her in the face in the parking lot.
Surveillance video shows McDonald's employees trying to restrain their co-worker, police wrote in the warrant.
Why are people acting like the workers should of got involved?
For 8.50$ an hour and no benefits I wouldn't be doing shyt but watching too.
hmmm, people standing by not doing anything, while others do criminal acts. what the employees should have done is call the cops. they dont have to get in and stop the fight, but they have a responsibility to call 911 and get cops and paramedics rolling to the scene.
in my opinion, if i were in corporate headquarters for mcdonalds, i would be pulling the restaurants franchise post haste, and do it publicly.

That's going to turn out to be the million dollar punch in the face.
I hope Tiffany enjoys her firing, a year or so in jail and so forth. The fact that she followed the woman outside and hit her there is going to make things even worse in terms of the judge.
Interesting note is that if you look at hate crimes, expecially for sexual orientation, they are disproportionately found in minority communities.
DC has pretty much the highest orientation bias hate crime rates in the country....which isn't shocking given the "free pass" given to certain groups in the media etc. It sends a bad message to the public when there are different rules of behavior based upon skin color, ethnicity etc.

Hey, what's that word when people try to broadbrush an entire group (skin color, ethnicity, etc) of people by the actions of some people of that group??..
It really does send a bad message..
