I'm curious what you all think of this. I have heard a few theories. I heard it's because it is not a state event. Also, maybe this was a snub because Obama had the Churchill bust removed from the White House. Or maybe because Michelle Obama made the mistake of putting her arm around the Queen when she met her.
Basically it was because of extra security cost. I personally don't care about the wedding and wouldnt want my tax dollars spent to send him there.
Also Apparently they are having a state visit there in May.

It's not a state wedding. He is not the Prince of Wales. Obama would not go anyway bad visual.
This explains why they didn't HAVE to invite the Obamas, but not why they didn't choose to anyway.
Also, I don't think any other heads of state were invited to Jenna's wedding, but a LOT of other heads of state were invited to this one.
No other heads of states were invited unless they are part of the royal lineage.
