Someone intimated this on another thread and he does seem to have bi-racial features but I never heard that mentioned when he was a republican. That would be cool, two bi-racial candidates for president in the same year. My have we come a long way.

I'll tell ya why it matters; there is a very large segment of society that tells another segment of society that they are victims, that they can't succeed without government intervention and social programs up the wazoo. This 1st group tells the 2nd group that a 3rd group is trying to keep them down no matter what and why even bother trying to succeed because ultimately, that 3rd group will kick you back down from whence you came.
The fact that 2 bi-racial men are viable candidates running for POTUS and for me at least that shows how far we've come and how the mantra of that one particular group will soon become obsolete and irrelevant .
I don't think he is biracial. At least, not that I know of.
I hope Barr isn't found to be biracial. I mean, I'm counting on him taking votes away from McCain and they both appeal to a constituency that puts an incredible amount of emphasis on a candidate's color which choosing whom to vote for.
Yes he is. Most of us are biracial (at the least) when you get right down to it.
Put straight hair on Reverend Wright and kinky hair on Bob Barr, and you have a couple of brothers.
