You asked a question, you got some answers so what were you expecting? I am beginning to think you must be related to a couple other haters on here. Talk about narrow minded and normally nothing to back up your claims..
The 14th Amendment is exactly why they should vote FOR the hate crime legislation.
And just because we are a minority doesn't mean we aren't "normal". Asians don't make up a large portion of America's population, but of course they're normal. You should wake up and realize that differing sexual orientations are a natural occurance (why would someone choose to be made fun of and looked down upon?) and are indeed, normal. Thankfully, most of my generation is already there.
There is nothing in the 14th amendment to support an argument for a hate crime legislation nor was one needed.
If you are getting beat up, WHY doesnt matter, the only thing that matters is THAT YOU ARE..
Some reason it seems like liberals think if there wasn't hate crime legislation, then it's legal to beat up certain people that's what their train of thought seems to indicate

I've had my own share of beat downs in my long life and I can assure everyone .. The last thing on My Mind .. at the time was .. whether or not it was a "Hate Crime"!
