While people vent about Canadian cars they conventiently ignore that Canadians don't own any of these companies they are either owned by Americans or by Asians. In fact 60% of businesses in Canada are owned by Americans and apart from a company like Seagrams or Molson's name a Canadian company that is identified as such.
