I live a 100% middle class lifestyle and couldn't be happier. I'm sure I could figure out how to spend a couple million dollars but my family and I want or need nothing that we don't have. We are able to be generous with our money to people who truly need it, we are able to help family members who might need a hand and we are able to donate our time and money to groups that we support.

Youuu Bet'cha

I spent my youth inner city poor and just not having to struggle is plenty for me. I could live higher on the hog but I don't fit in there and I am more comfortable where I am. Even in retirement I save money every month, not because I couldn't buy some toys like others but it just isn't in me.

No thats why I continue to play the lottery.

Except my wife tells me that it wont help me anyway because I like beer and porkrinds too much.

Oh well here is to friends in low places.

Cheers to my dysfunctional C-D family.

I don't understand why anyone wouldn't want to upgrade from poor to middle or middle to upper. It just seems like something anyone would want.

Upper-middle.

I work for a living, so does my husband.

heck, at my age I am glad to be alive regardless of my class.

BTW, I think 95% or at least 80% on these boards are middle or upper middle class, very would be considered poor or lower class.
