I think many US Jews, who by and large tend to be educated, urban, liberal, pretty much share Obama's view on this issue...

Because many, who have been educated by the progressive system we have in this nation and are not as religious as most think they are, have fallen for the lies of the progressives and really don't understand, themselves, about the dangers in Israel.

I am not so sure they consider Israelis their people just because they share the same religion. Do American Christians care about Christians in Iran just because they share the same religion?

This is true. The position stated by Obama is the same as Clintons as well as GW Bush. Nothing but RW made up controvery and Bibi is as RW as they come with a RW Govt in Israel he hopes to hold on to.
