Months after Bank of America wrongly foreclosed on a house Warren and Maureen Nyerges had already paid for, they were still fighting to get reimbursed for the court battle.

So on Friday, their attorney showed up at a branch office in Naples with a moving truck and sheriff's deputies who had a judge's permission to seize the furniture if necessary.

They tried to steal that house is what they where doing. It almost happened to me dealing with Wells Fargo however different circumstances. They should have locked the scumbag gangster up and his scumbag CEO.

I literally had to contact my congressman to force Wells Fargo to withdraw their foreclosure attempts on my home in a very hot housing market just months ago. They were looking for the vulnerable and force an accelerated foreclosure on my our home, tossing myself and my very ill wife into the street. We've made payments on this house for decades. All said and done I did not owe them a dime. Horrible experience and wish the worst for that filthy bank and its executives.

I was very pleased to hear this news. Give them a taste of what they are doing to ordinary people.
