I just thought I would throw this out there for the heck of it, since libertarianism was mentioned prior in relation to anarchism..... but there are different sects of anarchism (and they don't always get along - to put it mildly):
Anarcho-communists, classical mutualists, libertarian-socialists, Carsonite-mutualism, geolibertarianism (a variant of Georgism), anarcho-capitalism (which the first three groups in particular deny that anarcho-capitalism is a form of anarchism because "Stateless" is not enough in their eyes to be considered a form of anarchism - don't ask, long explanation)), etc...
No major point there beyond mentioning that there are different "flavors" (a little something for most people, if you will) and also the fact that the people who like different flavors tend to not get along very well (which in some ways makes viewing their little e-battle arguments not a whole lot different than seeing people who are into mainstream politics argue.)

What? All of those things you listed would be common place. Anarchy means no government and no laws. What would keep people from taking everything you owned? If it was like that I would walk right into your house fully armed and just take what I wanted, maybe even your wife.
Actually, in an anarchist society, people would defend themselves and their property. We'd still have locks, just like today. We'd still have crime, just like today. Today, we are victims of crime, and we may even tell the police which neighborhood delinquent broke into our house (not hard to find out--just ask the neighborhood kids). Do the police investigate and prosecute the crooks? Not any of the times I've been a victim of crime. One car stolen, house broken into 3 times over 30 years, and once I TOLD the cops the name of the kid who broke into my house. Did they take fingerprints, any of these times? Investigate? Prosecute? No, no, and no. I was merely threatened to NOT approach the delinquent or "harass" him. The police couldn't care less when we're victimized.
After living through 3 major hurricanes and the complete end of both government and police for several months at a time, I realized the vast majority of people do not steal because society doesn't allow it. There are very few that would. And in an "anarchist" society, these people would be dealt with, instead of left to pillage however they wanted while the police ran their Drug War crap and gave out speeding tickets.
It is amazing that we are all brainwashed to think we NEED the gigantic, overgrown, abusive, hugely-expensive government that exists solely for its own power and wealth. We pay the sick aristocracy that enslaves us, and we listen when they tell us "we need them." Think of how much it costs to support government (add up taxes, fees, licenses, registrations, speeding tickets, etc.), and then think if said government has EVER recovered so much as a penny of the money that has been stolen from you.
The only ones who should be afraid of "anarchy" is government. It wouldn't take long to realize that the fat organization that steals at least half of everything we all have, doesn't do a single good thing, and wouldn't be missed one iota if a benevolent God came down and decided to cleanse our nation of its great oppressor in one fell swoop.
Would an anarchist society be an utopia where there would be very little crime, murder, rape, rioting, looting, and invading of people's private property ?
No, it wouldn't. Say hi to Somalia.
There will always be power structures, improvised or not. The only way this will be feasible is through centuries of evolutions.
Read some Noam Chomsky (an anarchist) and the general populace is far from having reach that intellectual level yet.
