He should just let her future boyfriends know, just incase she's stupid enough to think she can get away with not telling them.

So what? Abortions are legal. It says a lot more about him- that she chose not to have a baby with him- than it does about her. I wouldn't be advertising it, if I were him.

Plenty of awful things are and have been legal, in our country and others.
It doesn't mean they are any less heinous.

"Heinous" to YOU....not to all. I suggest if you find them heinous, stay away from having one, or causing someone to have one.

That worked out well for southerners who told the union to get lost about their LEGAL slavery.

How would you feel if you saw someone beating their child bloody?
Beating a dog?
Abusing an elderly person?

As long as it's not you or you aren't doing it, no prob, right?

Pretty easy to show in court that he was - unless he is able to show that he impregnated several other exes at essentially the same time who also had an abortion/miscarriage. It wouldn't be a criminal case - it'd be civil. The burden of proof in a civil matter is nowhere near "beyond a reasonable doubt" but rather "more likely than not."
