I didn't see that at all. The topic of the thread asks about bureaucrats like those at FEMA to run our healthcare. Of course, even you know that his Obamacare law calls for over 50 new bureaucratic offices to run the darned thing. God, think of all the new rules and regs all those bureaucrats could come up with.
Were you thinking the competency of bureaucrats varies from one agency to another?
