What is the full story of the video? It doesn't tell the whole story. What happened to the clerk? Was he injured, and if so, how bad (yes, people, he may not have been injured)? Was she drinking alcohol? Using drugs? A combination?
Did she actually drive away? The video shows her backing up and stopping and it APPEARS as if she was going to leave. However, the video cuts out after that.
Those are just a few of the hundreds of questions I have, before commenting on what could or should happen to her.

Whenever I hit something I get out of the car (assuming it is safe to do so) and check to see if everything is 'okay' (at a minimum, the damage to the car). I don't back up a 50 feet and then check. And nobody in the video bothered to check on the clerk which is

Yep, that female passenger is nothing but a pathetic scumbag too. Did you see the male passenger fall out the passenger side rear door and then walk toward the hit-and-run vehicle as it was escaping? Scumbags all...
