Other than Bernie Sanders, please name me one socialist in the Senate. Name me any communist in the Senate. I would vote for a Socialist before I would vote for almost any of the Republican candidates, there just aren't any. I frequently look up words that I don't know. It is a good habit.

Sanders is the only one honest enough to state his true ideology. Or maybe the only one who can get re-elected without disguising his true nature. How does his voting record differ from any of the "non-socialist" liberals? The budget obama submitted to the senate was too wacko to even get Sanders' vote!

I like Paul and I agree with your characterization of the Republicans. The only problem with Paul is that he is an ideologue. Sometimes you have to put ideology in perspective to have a practical outcome. I am not sure Paul can do that. It is easy to take an ideological stand when you are a senator, but much more difficult if you are the president.
