do you think this guy deserved to get a life sentence..??
sounds like he was peed of at the robber, there would be a lot less robberies if more peps were like him you would think twice before you robbed some store
I think what he did was wrong, pumping 5 more rounds into the kid after he was already shot and unconscious. Would be different if the kid was still conscious and reaching for a weapon. But I think it should be downgraded to 2nd degree murder
When I step on roaches I sometimes give 'em a nice good grind to make sure they're dead. Anyway, I sympathize with the pharmacist but, seriously, he should have just stopped at the one shot. Then again, if the robber is dead, you can't make him more dead - can you?
[I probably should have finished reading Camus' The Stranger for the answer...]

Had you been born in Afghanistan you'd likely be Taliban. You have their idea of punishment for criminals down pat...Only you are likely a little more brutal.
Great to see how much Americans value life, and the rule of law, judging by the posts here.
Keep telling yourself you are so much better than Muslim extremists.
Right, cause wanting a criminal dead is just like flying a passenger plane into a tall office building, strapping on a bomb vest to blow up children in a toy store, bombing a bus or train.
