lol, earlier I posted about the head of Japan consorting with the Sun Goddess or whoever and that was why they had a financial collapse, it had to do with Perry's prayer meeting.

Ancient MesoAmerican civilizations believed that sacrificing humans would appease the Gods and create more rain for their crops
Any log cabin Republican on here who will vote for this nutcase?
The leader of the Log Cabin Republicans has already spoken out against her. Unfortunately, I think she might truly represent the majority of Republicans these days, or at least the base.
This is the lowest of all liberal tactics. I know little about this candidate, or her husband, and this is not in defense of either, but when referring to an article I believe there should be a reasonable expectation to accurately convey what was written. The truth is that Michele Bachmann never said "in her own words", that "Gays are Part of Satan". Blatent lying, in order to present a liberal position, is neither a contribution to intellectual discussion, nor should it be considered acceptable conduct in these forums. I've never reported anyone on these forums, and I don't intend to start, but the mods are definately asleep on this one.
What the candidate actually said, was:
"It's a very sad life. It's part of satan, I think, to say this is gay. It's anything but gay".
When her message is understood in the proper context, it is plain to see that she is simply saying that she believes the homosexual life to be a sad one, having nothing to do with being gay.

Gay meaning, Jovial; happy
Nice dodge but saying that to have a positive conclusion regarding being gay is "part of Satan" is a round-about way of saying gays are part of Satan.
If she just meant "sad" why didn't she just say sad?
When she's feeling depressed does she say "I'm part of Satan"?
Bachmann's husband runs a institute that tries to convert Gays to straights. Bachmann is anti-Gay with her signing a pledge about marriage being between a man & a woman only. They even have a video I saw on TV last night where Bachmann's husband is saying Gay is not God's choice because he created a woman's curvaceous body & her breasts for man to enjoy & mutiply!Bachmann is a flake!
PS: Her husband runs the Bachmann Christian Counseling Center where people are told they can "pray" away the Gay.
Her actual words mean that using the word 'gay' to refer to homosexuals is a deception instigated by Satan. Homosexuals are the ones who repurposed the word, she's calling them Satanic or at the least, controlled by Satan. That's Bachmann Bizarre.

"Liberal tactics"? LOL!
Sorry, but there is SO MUCH misrepresentation about gay people and homosexuality amongst anti-gay conservative religious groups that it's far beyond a joke. EVERY single anti-gay religious website I have ever seen has "articles" vilifying gay people with claims based on deliberate misrepresentations of research and statistics. Blatent lying is very much a part of their anti-gay crusade.
Bachman is extremely anti-gay. And so is her husband -which is ironic because it's very likely that he's a deeply closeted self-loathing gay man like so many other so called "reparative" therapists. Their family business is a clinic which scams self-hating gay people into believing they can change their orientation. So-called "Reparative therapy" itself is based on blatant lies and misrepresentation.
That's like asking blacks if they will vote for Ron Paul.
So, if you find homosexuality wrong, immoral and perverted you're a nut case? Sounds like the metal wards of the old Soviet Union.
