If this guy wants to create jobs then he will stand with business.

Nine top business and industry officials walked into EPA headquarters Friday afternoon to tell agency chief Lisa Jackson exactly what they think of her plans to tighten the federal ozone standard.
But they left the meeting convinced that EPA planned to stick to its guns and are now taking their case to a higher power: The White House. They say the stricter ozone standards would hurt both industry and President Barack Obama’s chances for reelection.

Obama is only interested in implementing the craziest job killing policies straight from the enviro wackos. He is ding by fiat what he can't get done through congress. Not even his own party was for these job killing regulations.

Business is right on target though......the issue of the EPA will be huge in 2012 as voters across the country see their energy bills "necessarily skyrocket" from the obama regime.

I just thought of something. If Obama exempts one company from regulations in one industry but regulates others in the same industry, by the liberals' logic doesn't that violate the Equal Protection Clause?

Liberals care about the Equal Protection Clause??

Where were they when Obama toasted GM bondholders and Chrysler lenders (a group that included many retirees and pension funds) in order to benefit the UAW?

Where were they when the Obama administration gave out free passes to compliance with Obamacare, based on NO objective standards, without due process or rights of appeal, to Friends of Barack?

Where were they when taxpayer money was funneled to insiders under the guise of home energy efficiency, wind power, and every other form of the Green Scam?

Where were they when Obama singled out specific industries for special punishment? Providers of corporate travel, oil & gas, Las Vegas convention business, etc.?

In fact, where is the outcry against government by bureaucratic fiat or the decisions of czars--a hallmark of the Obama Maladminstration and a total violation of the rule of law?

If for no other reason, Obama richly deserves to be turned out in 2012 to remind him that he is not an emporer or prince like those he bows to, nor is he a dictator.
