Friends of a former University of Kentucky basketball player who was shot to death in Ohio say two women arguing over a baseball cap may have led to the killing.
I as a black man get infuriated when I see other young black males die over some of the stupidest stuff. It does not have to be like this. Was that d&$# hat worth dying over?

As a human, I get infuriated when I see other humans killed over the stupidest stuff.
No reason to make it racial.
A good example of non-black stupid stuff would be the beating of Bryan Stow just b/c he wore the opposing team's gear to a Dodgers game. He luckily is still alive but in serious condition.
I once got the living crap beat out of me for stepping on someone's shoe. He said, "You just stepped on my shoe. Clean it up." I didn't even have the time to utter a syllable before he just started pounding on me. I ended up in a fetal position and he and some other people (I don't believe they were even known to my primary assailant) took turns kicking me while I was on the ground. It took a cop to get them off me, they all ran in different directions and naturally, no one was caught. The cop just said, "Random **** like this happens all the time around here."
The point of my story being, baseball cap, shoes, whatever. Your life isn't worth much to some people.

I think you touched a nerve with me, and sorry for what happened to you, ignorance knows no color barrier or race.
For some life is not worth anything, if they kill this easily, what does that say. If some are willing to kill for something so stupid, that tells me stay away from those people. Life is worth more then a damn baseball cap, shoes, or anything thugs wish to kill you for. I don't think race, or religion, or sex has anything to do with this. The mentality, and anyone can have it, life is meaningless to these people, if they so willingly will kill for something so replaceable.
