This is a great day to recognize the free fall that the Republican party is in. Nobody could've predicted that they would REGRESS into a party that is even WORSE now than they were during Dubya's horrific 8 years.

Just how low can the Republican party go? | Michael Cohen | Comment is free | guardian.co.uk

I remember these same sentiments being expressed after Nixon... Then we had Carter... 1 term.. And low and behold, one of the strongest Republican presidents in the history of this nation was elected for 8 years.... Perhaps your celebration should wait until the funeral..

Personally, I don't want to see either party get power unchecked by another side. In fact, complete partisan gridlock to the point where they can't even get anymore laws passed is best. The more any of them do, the more we the people get f@#$ed....

And then Clinton and the Democratically controlled congress gave us the Republican Revolution of 1994.

After that, Obama, Pelosi and Reid provided the motivation for the 2010 Democrat beatdown.

Yep, Republicans are always on their way out until the voters get a fresh taste of the Democratic Party's rule.

Of course that doesn't mean the Republicans are a dream come true as they still have the big spending corporate ***** wing trying to silence the voice of the people expressed by the election of Tea Party candidates.

I'm not a republican, but they come a lot closer to my beliefs than the democrats ever have... I find it laughable that each and every time a democrat gets elected to any office, they scream how it's the end of the republican party.. Frankly, I think we would be better off without either of the two...
