I find it absurd that libertarians(American definition) are against big government when they are avid supporters of private institutions(big business). Big business has as much potential as big government to create an establishment that oppresses people in society. That's why I find it ironic that the tea party speaks for the Koch brothers and business interest. To think big business and private institutions have no bearings on lives of individuals is asinine.

There is no difference between private institutions and government institutions. They both have power to oppress those who are vulnerable.

If you honestly want answers to these numerous threads you start daily, try not starting them with a thread title that is a question only to follow up that question with a complete attack on the people you are asking the question of.

Just sayin'.

Corporate tyranny loses much of its power without Government assistance.

Corporate tyranny used to be the lesser of the two evils.

Corporate plus Government is the most sophisticated tyranny.

Mussilini had style!

It is so obvious that the rich are squeezing every drop they can get out of whats left of the middle class. You would have to be blind to not see it. They want us all to go back to the 1800 slave labor. The differance between the rich and middle class is the largest it has ever been and you can bet you bottom dollar the rich want to keep it that way.

I'll just pretend that you asked something along the lines of so what are your thoughts, instead of opening with a logical fallacy like you seem to do in many threads you want to ask a question in

Real free market competition does not allow too big to fail corporations to exist. Even John D. Rockefeller of Standard Oil (whose descendants are not members of the Democrat Party) during the Industrial Revolution said competition was a sin and wanted to monopolize the petroleum industry. Companies that big never get that big without government assistance.

ALso, most tea party folks are your regular neo-con conservatives that subconsciously support Big Business and have no idea why but they do because the Republican Party says it's good. So please stop with the red herrings, sweeping generalizations, and irrelevant conclusions.

Very true! And, I wholeheartedly agree with you. I'm a Libertarian that opposes "any" entity that use violence, force, coercion, or manipulation against the People.

I've already blocked Savoir Faire, liebknecht, and A_Lexus for this reason alone. If I wanted to be interested in what they say, I might as well go to Daily Kos since all their posts read like typical Kosers. Personal attacks, logical fallacies left and right, and just generally making talking points as if they are on Obama's campaign team. Quite annoying
