So five guys appointed by the president will decide who gets what, when, where and why. All of it based upon of course poverty, inequality, etc. More likely more money to unions. Oh and it appears the roads built will be toll roads too. This thing needs to go away real quick.

Also funding will be 5 billion a year for the next five years and it appears loans can not exceed 250% of that. That how much money they'll be doling out for eco highways, hi speed rail, who knows what else they'll dream up. These fools in congress won't stop.

You do realize that no matter what states are chosen, it will be the UNIONS working on the projects. You do realize that there's no getting around unions when it comes to building ANYTHING. Now if I'm wrong, please point to one construction project in the U.S in the last 30 years that did not have union contractors and union electrictians involved in some way or as a whole.

With or without the bill, investment in infrastructure is REQUIRED and the UNIONS will be involved.

Yes I have. Again have you read the entire article you posted? With or without that bill no matter what the Unions will be involved. So is it your reasoning that we should table any and all required infrastructure projects to keep the unions out?
