"During a sit down with reporters on Monday, the Texas governor incorrectly identified Juarez — located across the Rio Grande, and border, from El Paso — as “the most dangerous city in America.”

“How many more American citizens are going to have to die?” Perry asked.

" After an aide informed the governor of his mistake, Perry clarified that Juarez indeed belongs to Mexico, not Texas."

The violence is spilling over the border into the US...I think that is what he meant.

Mexicos problem becomes our problem at those border cities.

You could practically throw a rock from El Paso & hit Jaurez. That's how close they are.

Either that or he's playing mind games with you Liberals.

It's still not in the USA. As Governor of Texas I would hope he would know that. Ignorant of the Constitution, and of geography as well.

I know righties have books, but this is getting ridiculous.

"El Paso and Ciudad Juárez comprise one of the largest bi-national metropolitan areas in the world with a combined population of 2.4 million people."

Therefore they compromise 1...get that through your head ONE metro area. Sorry you liberals can't understand that. The only thing separating them is a river.

You can't understand that the city of Juarez is located in Mexico. What's next, Tijuana is located in the USA, and Detroit is located in Canada?

None of those cities you mentioned has a bordering city that forms a metro as large as El Paso/Jaurez.
