Can't wait a few hours to hitch a ride on air force one. Nope she's gotta go early on one of those hated by Obama private jets. These people are unbelievable. Everybody must sacrifice though. I guess she could have chartered the shuttle but it's retired.

I've said this on other threads and I'll say it again: Do two wrongs make a right? Liberals seem to not understand this concept.
The point is more that taxpayers are already being SCREWED by this administration. These people just don't get it. They go on vacations and spend taxpayer money willy nilly and they don't even think about a) how much money they are actually billing the taxpayer or b) what kind of message it sends. Sure, we know the rich can still afford to take vacations, but do we really need it rubbed in our face right now, especially by the president and his family? MOST Americans are struggling right now and many a vacation have been canceled this summer for that reason.

In the midst of a severe recession, maybe so. I don't begrudge her a vacation but for the Obama's to not be making some symbolic gestures at "tightening their own belts" at a time like this, sends the wrong message. It would be a huge PR plus for her to forgo this kind of extravagance and then let the country knows that they, too, are making some sacrifices.

Meechelle and Obama are just pure ghetto. Blast private citizens who use private jets.....citizens who have worked hard to buy that private jet. But then, the two of them turn around and take separate jets on the taxpayers dime. Can't take the hood out of those two....guess they grew up with the whole ghetto, take what you can get, handout, let the hardworking taxpayers pay, affirmative action mentality and that mentality must be hard for the two to break.
