I disagree. Once american tire producers are out of business you could have expected chinese prices to rise. Fact is we need more of this. The chinese have behaved poorly in our relationship. I'm all for doing no business with them whatsoever.

Life is going to get real expensive when we have no manufacturing base left because of unfair trade practices from the Chinese.

The ruling is a good thing, but I'd hardly call it much of a victory that we have to run our own trade policies past some world body. In effect, that gives the WTO the power to dictate policy to us.
