The criminal attorney I used to work for turned away a lot of black clients - and white ones, too. He only accepted those who could pay his hefty retainer fee up front.
Do you support the right of businesses to now allow black customers? For example your neighborhood grocery store or resturant?
Why stop at blacks. Why not Mexicans, women, ugly
people, fat people, short people, french people, muslims, non english speaking.....etc.
And I think you meant to say "not allow black
customers".
Private businesses should be able to set guidelines
that they are comfortable with, as long as they do
not break the law. That is why we have private
clubs, associations, etc. If your a grocery store
or restaurant on a public street - you serve all the
people, unless your not wearing shoes or a shirt,
but I've actually seen them still serve them often
in parts of Arizona and Florida without shoes or shirts
It's not specifically about race really..it's about the freedom to do what you want to do as a private business or organization in America..take that freedom away and it is un-American....I am sure a business that does have rules against allowing a specific race will not make too much profit in this day and time we live in, so that would be very dumb for them to make that choice, but it's the freedom to make the choice that is what makes America what it is....Where freedom and liberty is number one...
LIBERTY –noun, plural

FREEDOM –noun
1.the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint: He won his freedom after a retrial.
2.exemption from external control, interference, regulation, etc.
3.the power to determine action without restraint.
They should be allowed to do what they want, the problem lies in the fact that the government helped out all of black people with laws limiting discrimination and enforcing more fairness and don paul's laws just are a reversal of those policies.
Blacks will suffer more when these rules are enforced.
There are some black owned businesses in which if you're a white man then they'll let you know you're not welcomed and if you don't get out then they'll throw you out. Seen such places in the side streets of New Orleans. Guess that's fine with people here as long as it's not a white night club doing this to black men.
Sure, I'm OK with it....as long as a business can say "no whites" or "no middle easterns" etc. etc. Business should have the right to refuse service to anyone they choose.

You're aware that it's very few successful black businesses right?
