With the extreme libertarian types believing people who cannot pay should be allowed to die in the hospital entrance, it brings up up the question should extreme libertarians be helped when they are in need.
So a question for one of those extreme libertarian types, should we normal middle of the road types dish the same out to you when you are in need of help if you are in an accident and need we liberals or normal conservatives to drag you out of trouble ?
Or since you have not paid for the aid do you wish to be left in a burning car etc etc etc ?

Just because two buffoons in a debate cheered for such a statement, does not mean that an entire political platform based on life and liberty is some sort of coldblooded mob wishing death on people.
A libertarian doesn't take the position that people shouldn't help others. They are only against use of force by government to force people to help others.

Are you pretending that libertarians do not pay taxes for services such as fire protection or law enforcement like every other property owner?
Your name is not Toby; your mere existence here on this planet or any other (something you didn't even ask for) should not bind you to a state of servitude (which is a negative externality) to others until such time that you die or are otherwise rendered incapable of doing so.
Help these strangers at your discretion, as your funds, time, judgement (e.g. the risk you will take to your own life to save others - running into a burning building or jumping into a frozen lake or ocean surf), and conscience allows for.
