The Philadelphia mom and her son emerged from the organ donation surgery in great shape, one of the few bright spots in a brutal year for Rendon, according to Fox 29 News.
"She saved my life, basically," said son Alex Rendon. "Who else can say their mom gave them life two times?"
"Rendon says she was told before taking time off that she might not have a job to come back to. She took the leave anyway after signing a paper acknowledging that fact."
So get another job?? I wouldn't care one bit if I had to save my son's life. Apparently she was out of vacation etc and didn't qualify for FMLA.
