Yes - The EPA has helped give us clean drinking water.

But, give it a rest. The EPA has become too big and
needs to be taken down more than a notch.

I guess i misinterpreted what you were trying to say, sorry if i was that far off the mark.

so far i've seen her called a pig, harpie, angry, idiot, clueless, etc., which is some pretty hateful stuff . can anyone on the right state clearly what specific policies they don't like? Calling her a "socialist", or some variation of this theme, doesn't count as a policy. I've heard her suggestions and they seem like common sense capitalism.
All i have is the comments she made in that video to go by, and she comes off as a narrow minded, Marxist.

That is guaranteed, the politicians like to have the power to collect campaign donations, when all they have to do in return is add a paragraph to the tax code, to give targeted tax loopholes, tax exemptions or taxpayer subsides to their cronies.

I'd like to know, in warren's mind, at which point in his life did the individual who came up with the brilliant idea and the motivation to build the factory, stopped being one "the rest of us" and became one of "them". It smacks of the class warfare of the Marxists, to pit citizen against citizen, with only the government, like Joe Biden protecting us from "the barbarians at the gate".

In her rant she claims the businessman used the roads that "the rest of us paid for", so when when did he top being one of us and become one of "them"?

Secret History Of The Credit Card - Interviews | FRONTLINE | PBS

Elizabeth Warren on the Economy . NOW on PBS

Warren comes as a shock to those that have never seen her interviews and think that this woman is some out of the blue entity. She's not and she is a breath of fresh air and a ray of hope for those that have less and less voice in government and feel disenfranchised as more and more special interests, lobbyists and Wall Street take over Washington.

Calling her a Marxist is more than bizarre. Everything that Warren advocates for is what built this country.

That's one of the funniest tricks the Right has pulled off in the past few years. They've redefined Marxism to mean "wants to raise taxes on the rich and large corporations" rather than "wants to overthrow capitalism through violent means, nationalize all private business, abolish private property, and institute a society based on the will of the proletariat".

It's sad to see so many otherwise intelligent people throwing the term around in ridiculous and inappropriate ways, particularly since few of them seem to be familiar with Marxist literature or philosophy. I am, and Warren is no Marxist. Even Bernie Sanders isn't really a Marxist, and he makes Warren look like Tom Tancredo. Then again, these are the same people who accuse Obama of being a Marxist, even though he's proven time and time again that he isn't even a progressive.

It is just a word that they can pronounce and it sounds bad.
