So how do you explain that Asian Americans and Jewish Americans also vote overwhelmingly Democratic? Are they on the plantation with Black Americans too?
The democratic party has evolved into a socialist party. Some Asians and Jewish americans vote democratic as a mindset to what used to be.. it has changed drastically.the democratic party was the party of the working blue collar people . the democrats have moved very far left tugging at the republican party to move farther to the center.
The tea party has seen this and want a limited federal government that gives power to the states to keep socialism at bay.. we have been infiltrated by very left leaning socialists.. the older generations have recognized it first because they know what communism and socialism is.. younger americans , the masses don't know the threat we lived under in the fifties and sixties of the USSR and the arms race and threat of nuclear war.
The communists hate capitalism. We have become a great nation because of the freedom to invent without federal government owning and controlling everything.
The tea party wants the states to have more power and spending under control as our country has a burden now of many out of work and the boomers going on social security. We need a bigger working population and smaller spending habits of the federal government. We are in crisis and a depression is at hand and they know it. Inflation is at hand now and the dollar is shrinking in value. We need control of our federal government before it is too late.

To be fair, John wasn't the one resurrecting him. Pat Buchanan is desperate for attention so he made huffpo news with the endorsement of a predator just like himself. I laugh plenty hard at the standard of brutal honesty I was raised in knowing his own conduct wouldn't pass him for the sacrament of penance that I did at the age of 16. There's nothing to say to people convinced they couldn't be wrong about anything. Ever. Standing on God's toes, they'll find the swift kick from their maker eventually. I need only stand out of the way.

Until more republicans actually show some interest in trying to appeal to Black voters Blacks will continue to vote 90-something percent democratic.
Well let's put it this way! What does a wealthy white Republican have to offer a resident of Harlem? Black folk are no different than any others with their concerns about jobs, healthcare, education,etc.
Voting Republican isn't going to change their lives and many view the GOP as an elitist club.
