EEOC lawsuit accuses Craig hotel of discriminating against white workers in favor of latinos (legal, racism)

The lawsuit, filed last week in federal court in Denver, claims the owners of the Hampton Inn franchise in Craig fired the workers because they are white and "it was their impression that such workers are lazy," the case filing states.

Legally maybe. But they should be able to hire whoever the hell they want. If hispanics do work harder, they're justified. If hispanics do not work harder, their business gets hurt.

Do you seriously believe that you can rank/rate how well an individual works based on their race/ethnicity? Or were you being sarcastic?
