Legally maybe. But they should be able to hire whoever the hell they want. If hispanics do work harder, they're justified. If hispanics do not work harder, their business gets hurt.

Do you seriously believe that you can rank/rate how well an individual works based on their race/ethnicity? Or were you being sarcastic?
