Considering how sleazy the Obamanites are, they'll do anything to force Thomas to leave the bench, which isn't going to happen unless Kagan leaves with him due to her own 'conflict of interest' issues.
Anyway you slice it, the Dems are bound to lose big time when ObamaCare goes up in flames.
Thank goodness for the rest of us who won't have our healthcare system and our wallets demolished by this piece of crap.

They can't force him to leave the bench, but I don't put them doing harm to him out of the question in an attempt to change this country to their totalitarian dreams.
I hope that they finally are successful at destroying this incompetent Justice. He is an insult to the seat once held by the great Thurgood Marshall.
What opinions has he written that would make him incompetent in your mind?
The justice who will be in danger of recusal for obamacare is Kagan, not Thomas, but we all know why the Left would like to see him recuse himself.

Tell me, what has he done that makes him "good man" and, a better question, a "good justice"?
Your post makes no sense. What kind of communist leader will be on the bench? What ones are there now?

That would require honesty.
Anita Hill? A totally manufactured "story" from the democrats.
There is no there there.
Maybe you missed this?

You bunch of ignorant, racist liberals need mental help, Clarence Thomas isn't going anywhere until he knows he'll be replaced by another conservative justice.

I loved when Thomas moved up north for college, he compared racists in the south and the north to rattlesnakes and water moccasins, respectively. One will make a bunch of noise and let you know your not welcome, and if it bites, will hurt, but not kill. The other won't let you know and make a show about it, it will just bite you, and it's bite is lethal.
It is really astonishing how little the left knows.
CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin on Clarence Thomas: “Rarely Has A Supreme Court Justice Enjoyed Such Broad Vindication.” | The Kitchen Cabinet.US (http://thekitchencabinet.us/2011/09/03/cnns-jeffrey-toobin-on-clarence-thomas-rarely-has-a-supreme-court-justice-enjoyed-such-broad-vindication/ - broken link)
"The greatest revenge is success. Clarence Thomas may go down in judicial history as the most important voice on the Court in two decades. In Toobin’s New Yorker article, Steve Calabresi, a law professor at Northwestern and co-founder of the Federalist Society says, “(Thomas’ opinions) are very scholarly, with lots of historical sources, and his views are the most principled, even among the conservatives. He has staked out some bold positions, and then the Court has set out and moved in his direction.”"
considering that it's a conservative white womens' group, It's just a little biased.
