Every time I think this administration can't sink any lower, can't be any more two faced.....it happens anyway.

Hey President Obama..isn't it about time you kept your campaign promise?

"I would not have the Justice Department prosecuting and raiding medical marijuana users. It's not a good use of our resources."

Obama in New Hampshire 8/07

Quote:
In a press conference today, all four U.S. Attorneys in California announced that the administration will no longer ignore dispensaries and will actively prosecute many commercial operations. The attorneys said they will concentrate on criminal prosecution and asset forfeiture against the landlords of medical marijuana dispensaries or cultivation centers, and threaten action against certain commercial organizations. Multiple businesses throughout the state have been given 45 days to close down.

Despite campaign promises not to spend limited law enforcement resources interfering with state medical marijuana laws and a 2009 Department of Justice policy directive against targeting individuals acting in compliance with state medical marijuana laws, the U.S. Attorneys signaled that they now intend to prosecute individuals who provide that medicine to patients under safe, regulated conditions.
------

“The end result of the federal government's policy is to ensure that medical marijuana is sold illegally in most parts of the country, as well as to create needless suffering for patients who can't find a place to buy medical marijuana."

They are not banning all of them, they are just limiting them so all those real people with bad things like cancer can get their stuff. The rest are just drug addicts.

Claiming pot is addictive again? I see you're still channeling Harry Anslinger.

Hey, you didn't answer me the other day...do you believe the rest of this fear mongering nonsense too?

“There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others.”

“…the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races.”

“Marijuana is an addictive drug which produces in its users insanity, criminality, and death.”

“Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.”

“Marihuana leads to pacifism and communist brainwashing”

“You smoke a joint and you’re likely to kill your brother.”

“Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind.”

Had family members who were ministers in California. Went to prisons to talk with violent offenders who all LOVED POT. Lots of violent offenders love their POT.
There was a home for people out of prison created as a half way house and only those not addicted to pot made it back to normal life.

Is it addictive, a problem, does it change a brain chemistry and F-Up your life and others as well? Sure seems so.

California is about to let loose a bunch of supposed non-violent drug related criminals back on the streets due to over crowding. Surprisingly even the leftists in government say this will drastically increase crime.
So peddle you drug papers elsewhere. People are on to what is really going down.
Those for this are mostly the addicted.

Boy, you fooling yourself pretty good there.

There are other factors and probably harder drugs that you not considering or aware of.

All sound like comments from the Democratic Party's long racist history.
