This inconvenient scandal will not be going away for 0bama/Holder.

House Committee To Subpoena Holder In 'Fast And Furious' Probe | Fox News

"We didn't just have a few (guns) not be tracked. The whole program was about not tracking them until they were found in the scene of crimes. And they didn't just allow. They facilitated just one guy buy, one straw buy, over 700 weapons," Issa said.

Fast and Furious weapons found in Mexico cartel enforcer's home - latimes.com

Reporting from Washington—
High-powered assault weapons illegally purchased under the ATF's Fast and Furious program in Phoenix ended up in a home belonging to the purported top Sinaloa cartel enforcer in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, whose organization was terrorizing that city with the worst violence in the Mexican drug wars.

In all, 100 assault weapons acquired under Fast and Furious were transported 350 miles from Phoenix to El Paso, making that West Texas city a central hub for gun traffickers. Forty of the weapons made it across the border and into the arsenal of Jose Antonio Torres Marrufo, a feared cartel leader in Ciudad Juarez, according to federal court records and trace documents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

holder lied before congress:

Rep Issa: “When did you first know about the program, officially known as Fast and Furious?”

Holder: "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

Of course, to be fair to Holder, what did Rep. Issa expect to get for an answer, when he uses tricky words like "when" and "about"???

It's probably going to be like the word IS depends on the meaning of the word is ,Is.

Default Holder hides behind law enforcement officers

The rationale for F&F is to validate the claims of Hillary Clinton, Holder and Obama that lax gun laws are the reason guns from the US end up in Mexico.

Any other reason would demonstrate the blinding incompetence of the USAG. Either way Eric 'the lap dog' holder's tenure is at an end.

Holder's head shaking response to questioning has continued from his pathetic showing at his approval hearing to the current round of questions by Issa.

Can anyone possibly accept Holder's response that he did not understand Isssa's question? Even in a liberal law school classroom Holder's response to that direct question be considered unacceptable and reflect on his incompetence.

Now Holder is hiding behind law enforcement officers, pretending the investigation into F&F is an attack on LEOs. Clearly no one is blaming law enforcement.

Clearly the blame is directly on the head of Eric Holder USAG.

These incidents prove beyond a doubt that Holder is confused and disoriented and incapable of the responsibilities of the office of USAG.

Sen Menendez form NJ wrote that Holder's appointmentr to USAG would be historical as well as return respect to the Dept of Justice. So much for Menedez demonstrated judgement.

Exactly. At the very freaking least, holder should have gotten to the bottom of this when the first deaths from F&F guns hit the newspaper headlines. Or at least checked into the deaths to make sure Project Gunrunner was not at fault.

Attorney General Eric Holder at the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference - CUERNAVACA, MEXICO ~ Thursday, April 2, 2009

"Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner...

But as today’s conference has emphasized, the problem of arms trafficking will not be stopped at the border alone. Rather, as our experts emphasized, this is a problem that must be met as part of a comprehensive attack against the cartels – an attack in depth, on both sides of the border, that focuses on the leadership and assets of the cartel."

So basically they did prove that guns were being bought in the U.S. and being smuggled into Mexico.
Thanks for the verification.

Have you been paying attention?

Our government, via the DOJ/BATFE has been traffiking guns to known felons, drug cartel members, etc... . They have been forcing FFLs (a.k.a. licensed gun shops) in the US to sell to these people even when the gun shops tell BATFE they do not wish to completel the sale. BATFE has even used US taxpayer dollars to purchase and then resell firearms to Mexican drug cartel members.

Guess when you ask a question they run like mice. They ask questions all the time and ask for links, noticed when I do the same, they run and hide.

Oh, how they have no facts!!! Just a lot of bull****!!
