To me it's one of the greatest pieces of work in human history, but since it was created by humans, it is not infallable. What one thing would you repeal, enact, edit, etc. that would make it better?

i'd clarify the monetary policy. the US Dollar should belong to the people, not the private bankers.

Right now, black or white, you have fewer rights than a corporation.
The main thing the 14th amendment does is stop states from oppressing individuals. Repeal the 14th amendment and individuals will have very few Constitutional protections against the states.

Change to a Parliamentary system. A whole lot of our problems stem from that.

Exactly. People only think about the "anchor baby" issue, but it was actually aimed at the freed slaves. And don't tell me the states wouldn't try that kind of crap again if given the chance.
