What will be interesting is to see the birther's excuse for why they lost yet another case.
yep. two of the complaints are based on the "minor v happersett exclusive definition" theory. those shouldn't take long to put forward. one complaint has only one witness and estimates it will take only 10 minutes to present. then there's orly.......... this is where the chaos comedy will be. most of orly's witnesses aren't relevant to the complaint so i'll be curious if the judge allows them since there won't be any defense to object.
an interesting side note is that there has become a big riff between orly and some of the other prominent birthers. i think her antics today could split the birthers completely in half.
Check it out on "SNOPES". It's a bunch of BULL... There is no court hearing. It's all a smokescreen from someone, for some reason, but it's not real.
it's real ( administrative hearing). just began and there's supposed to be a live feed ( can't find the link ). if snopes says something about it i'd love to see a link.
