Wrong. The COLB is prima facie evidence. The SOS has to accept that.
No state however is in a position to determine eligibilty. That is left to Congress and the Electoral College.

My question...how do they propose to present the document to the court.
as Evdience

Who is going to present it?
His lawyer would.

The attorney? The attorney needs a witness to submit evidence for admission to the record. Who is the witness Obots?
The attorney already has a witness. the official seal and signature by the Alan T. Onaka on the COLB is the witness statement. The letter provided by Loretta Fuddy is all that is needed if the judge should ask for more verifiable evidence.

Attorneys can submit evidence in the form of official documents, don't be stupid.

Why rely only on textbooks when there are plenty of primary resources?

Since having two citizen parents does not exclude "any other country's automatic claim to said person's allegiance at birth," you appear to be mistaken.
How so? Be specific.

A NON-citizen parent's country very definitely has a VERY valid claim on their offspring's allegiance if their country's nationality law dictates. Such is the case with Obama.

Even the DNC admits that, as we've clearly seen.

Missing the point. Why doesn't any legal textbook support the Birfer interpretation? Because it's made up after the fact by bunch of really sore losers.

Who will present the COLB? This is going to be fun.

We've been through the Italian citizenship thing. One must apply for and have their citizenship request approved. I've posted the link to the Italian Consulate's application forms many times here on c-d.

Sorry, the DNC posted info on their website stating Obama was born subject to British law.

The Judge reads the case file number and ask representatives of the parties to introduce themselves for the record. The Judge then says, “Call your first witness.”

Who? A Hawaii seal?
