No. But it is your fault that you don't understand what "sealed" means. So you no longer have the excuse of ignorance for what is now officially a lie.

A "sealed document" refers to documents that are undisclosed or sealed by court order. Not documents that are simply protected by law.

There does not exist a single Obama related document or record that has been sealed by any court order.

I am calling the claim that Obama has sealed any records a lie. Whatever label you wish to embrace as a result is entirely up to you.

Where is a "yawn" emoticon when you need one?

Aaaahhh.... and now the furious back pedaling begins.

"In essence."

This is "in essence" an admission that you were wrong.

False. Any court of competent jurisdiction can order access to any of the records otherwise protected by law. Of course, first they need a good reason.

We can, but we don't. You were wrong.

And not merely wrong "in essence."

Sorry, I never called Bush dumb, stupid, or a moron. Still, I don't think Bush graduated Magna C*m Laude. Mitt Romney graduate c*m laude from the law school which is the top third. Also, I don't see anyone in here touting about being an "Obama-Lover". All I see are people attacking other people's flimsy logic and derangement against the President's collegiate past.

We can agree to disagree. I'm done.
lol, what?

So, since his records are sealed by the school by their own laws, that means he sealed them himself? There is no agree to disagree. You are wrong. You stated, like it was a fact, that President Obama sealed his records when in fact the school sealed them like they sealed everyone else's records. So, that does make you wrong on every account. There is no argument. You are wrong. Period. Its kinda like disputing the fact that water is wet.

Another one of Ed's DUMB hate-filled questions. Seems his brain cells went on vacation for a short period of time AGAIN.

Didn't Bush the Younger get into Yale with 'help', as well as daddy's fat checkbook despite a 1080 SAT score?

And as we know, such students receive "Gentleman's Cs" just for breathing. I'd love to compare Bush and Obama's transcripts but, as has been noted several times, institutions of higher learning won't hand out your records to just anyone; it's onerous enough to get them yourself.

Well, as my dear departed grandmother used to say, "people in hell want ice water, too". You can't always get what you want, and you are not always entitled to it. The information you seek is not relevant to Presidential qualifications. No, it wasn't for Bush, either, before you ask.
